@JTAArt Sorry for the late reply and thank you for your comment. At the end I decided to not go for something so dynamic since I think it took away the primary focus which was design, but since I'm also really bad at design I feel I failed a lot by not doing the things the way I wanted

A ladybug monster is always amazing although feels more like a bee, maybe because of the abdomen or overall form not being so round

, but it's cool because in your design feels more aggressive with that sharpened bottom.

If you want my opinion, you might want to take down the foreground, I feel it takes too much space on your composition and makes the ladybug feel as something secondary and also might work better to place her nearer the center of vision of your perspective, since the view is directed there, that way is easier to spot her

.

@MeanOiche Many thanks for the resources you pointed me out, I actually have seen all FDZ up to date, and also have seen "idrawgirls" ones (just some), didn't know about "enliighten" so I'm going to see them asap

. Although most of the time they talk about workflow and design, and my problem right now are fundamentals, so just a matter of lot of practice and patience.

Changed the design to have a better contrast between shark -humanoid thing and godzilla but since designing is something I'm clueless because and I'm more concerned about learning how to render the form without reference, I ended up doing something pretty boring, so I just decided to go with it even when I don't like it and tried to add some movement over the picture. Not wise but since I'm over the deadline and I prefer to bring something up even if it's not what my guts tell me to do XD.

Still have to check certain placements and define the forms and details.
