Maybe there's too much small waterfalls,a big one will much better for me.

It's a really cool concept, the mountain is a fountain, I like that! If those are fires in caves on the mountainside, I would get them brighter, get them to glow like fire more.

And I agree about too many small waterfalls, a bit more organic variation in the falls would go a long way, something like add one or two larger falls and lose a few of the really thin ones, break up the distribution of them, so they aren't as evenly spaced out, a more natural pattern.

And the guy's scarf? or arm? those two shapes that repeat, you should change one of those shapes so it's not a pattern. Cool work, I really like your avatar too, ha, kinda like the dude form Dragon Quest 8.
