History :
This insect like race is fairly new to the universe as they are just at the infancy of space travel several years after the reaper threat.
Their first extraterrestrial contact was with a stranded Hanar colony inhabiting one of their homeplanet's moon which consist bodies of ocean. This event advanced their technology significantly due to mutual assistance agreement with the stranded Hanar.
Within few years they are able to use FTL travel to explore outside their own system.
Their early exploration will lead to a clash with a second terrestrial contact, the Krogan.
