A professional model should be able to clearly state a set of terms under which (s)he will work, and what (s)he expects.
If she's new to the business she may not have thought about that yet, so help her by asking what's important to her. What does she want? What payment does she expect? What are you willing to pay?
Usually models have no claim to finished drawings and paintings, at least that was stated in the model contract at the art school where I studied. You are, after all, the creator and copyright owner of the work.
If she isn't comfortable at all with her likeness in artwork made public, she should reconsider being a model.
If all she wants is further reward beyond the monetary compensation, consider giving her "tear sheets", free copies of the work you make with her likeness.
Then write it all down in a contract.
