It really depends on what you're trying to do. I do gestures, so I can get down the figure faster and easier than I ever have before. In some ways, it seems easier to me because you learn more and more ways of handling things. The first time you try a figure, you have no clue how to deal with. After you learn the tools for handling the figure I think that part gets easier, but you'll find something else that you're stuck on.
