Could someone tell if it's allowed if I use my basemesh for fase modeling or not?

you can use an un-sculpted base mesh, that won't be a problem. But if you've already sculpted up to a million polys, that might be and issue. We have three months to do this, there's no real need to reuse anything to save time. Good luck, I'm looking forward to seeing what you'll do.
