its the 'snake' king
still need working on the face and proportion etc but i'll work it out as i go

Hello
since we can chose any musician and not only rockstars I chose to redesign Bach.
I'm trying to go for a sci-fi look, since I'm not very good at sci-fi I would like to practice this genre.

Great concept! The sitting stance looks slightly weird though, you might consider tweaking it a bit. I really like the floating thingies around his head though.

munkai, thank you! I pushed his seat inward and got rid of the crazy angles, maybe that helps make his stance more balanced? O:

platypus, thank you! haha love your trobadour idea! very funny. I would say maybe watch a bit for the values, specially in places that are turning away from us. Other than that it is looking great.

LeaoSenzala, I like how the face is turning out, really nice rendering!

tekkoontan, I t looks great! I thought the challenge was to redesign an existing musician though, but I guess its fine :B

this is my first time, trying to get into this.

I made a quick danzig playlist and started going. basically he's a demon looking over some type of decrepit forest. I think it might be cool to do something with a black sun or something, not sure yet. I'm ok with going over the top and making this almost a parody of the darkest, most black, most metal I can, this is just for fun.

here it is after about an hour and a half.

this is where i start to struggle.
