Here's a sketch of what I'm thinking. Hopefully I'll get to the final stage on this one, I dunno if I like it yet and I'm forcing myself to do this digitally.

Elf battle mage. Might do a Drow just so I have popular iconography and culture to throw into the design. Or a sun elf.

galloPinto- Thank you for the comments, I' m gonna do the humans, cause the ears been covered by helmet, I guess that's the only thing can make the elves different from human being..
The left one is my fav too, for some reasons I decided to colouring the right one, definitely I will work on the left one,, I do like it..

I like the way you doing the design, very basic and good thinking, that could be better if do it more dynamic. Looking forward to your next step!

@revolver: Looking great, I really like the little details all over the image. Maybe add a thicker beard and make him look bulkier, it does look kind of a human instead of a Dwarf :P

@antoncermak: This is great, it reminds me a lot of Brian Froud's work! Can't wait to see this finished

@Vatteh: I really like options 4 & 5, a combination of both would be good to see, very tolkien looking elves, great job!

@YI-Jia: Looking good, it's great to see a take on humans from a fantasy world. I would suggest maybe adding some more cloth or something similar, remember they're all going to a celebration and not to a battle

I was working on some idea, an elf,maybe archer or something like that, then I suddenly read the objective once again ;

"Fashion designers of the kingdom of Ceegee, the all mighty ambassadors from the elvish, dwarven and fairy realms have had their clothes stolen by the goblins! And the annual fantasy ball night is in a couple of weeks! It lies on you to design the clothing for this special occasion for your favorite fantasy race or all will be lost!"

the topic is about to design some costume in short time, before the ball!

so I was thinking, WHAT IF goblins stole Orces clothes !!!

& you know Orces, if they dont have something, they'll take it by force!

maybe they took the humans suit

YI-Jia - Cool I like how it's coming out in color!

Humans are looking nice. It would be great to see the other one done too maybe not for this, but for personal work.

And thank-you for your critique too! I'm definitely playing around with a more dynamic pose. I started cleaning up one pose, but it wasn't showcasing the clothing well so I sketched another dance pose real quick and I might go with that one instead.
