The Lady and the Tramp: We all know the Disney version but if you were given the concept what characters would you come up with!
Just imagine a studio approached you with the concept of 'A posh female falls in love with a loveable rouge. Come up with some designs' except you can use all the characters in the movie. Strip them down to what they basically are and then build them back up again with a new design.

So little bit more charm will be good for them from my point

You could try drawing the Siamese cats as people, or some other animal. This is sort of a redesign challenge. Imagine you were given the concept of "Identical twins that make trouble for one of the main characters by getting her into trouble' what would you come up with?

Hey everyone! I've never actually seen the movie so I just read the wiki and the idea of an evil old grandmother and her Siamese troublemakers sounds like a fun concept to play around with so... I'll try it!
Can't wait to see what people come up with. Will post WIP later.

I've a new machine to break in, and this looks like a bit of fun. Dogs are a definite weakpoint for me, so this'll be a nice challenge.

Here's my initial impression, gonna go off and do a moxy load of research now and start trying to tie them Lady in particular) into speciific breeds.

I'm thinking the Tramp'd be a mix between Dodger in Oliver and Company, Lucky in Dr Doolittle and the original Tramp from the film, but we'll see what the googles show me.

Hold the boat....so....we can use people? Basically, free reign, no holds barred, as long as it's within the Lady and The Tramp universe/theme?

They can be people/robots, dinosaurs if you like! Whatever.
