I've been a regular visitor to this site for a while now but haven't been very active. I think it's time for me to get involved. So hello everyone! Here's some info about me.

My name is Jordan, and I'm currently a senior in college getting a BA in Art with an emphasis in Graphic Design. As of two years ago I hadn't touched art, other than scribbling in the margins of my notes. So I have a TON of ground to catch up on. I'm seriously lacking in good art critique due to the fact that my University barely even touches digital art, and all my art buddies haven't touched a sketch book outside of class for 6 months. I'm constantly striving and pushing to become better, and greatly look forward to getting involved in this awesome community.

Future Goals: Getting into the gaming industry. Starting in the graphic design fields (web design, package design, promotional materials...etc) and working my way into other fields is the plan, but everyone knows how plans go.

I'll update my Portfolio and start a Sketchbook thread for critiques. This is mostly just to say hello and shake hands.

My name is Zia. Im in a similar boat. Im currently pursuing my MFA in Industrial Design, but recently came across Entertainment design and was FLOORED by how awesome and fun this stuff looks.

So now im working on a education shift. My current work looks like a 4th grader compared to some of this stuff, but I would really welcome any constructive crits or advise!

I've been working on art but haven't been out in the pubkic eye very much so I am trying to fix that cuz I really wanna meet others who are part of this community. But the best thing I could suggest to you is to put in the work. Draw whenever you can.

And post things you're currently working on. Don't worry if it looks bad, just post it to help you out.
