I work at a small game studio in Atlantic Canada, and I thought it'd be fun to post some of my work here, as a way to track my growth and hopefully get some useful CC or at least something to think about for my next projects.
I am primarily a 2d Artist, but I have been learning maya over the last year or so. So, most of my art will be 2D. I would love to hear any type of feed back, but 3D tips and tricks are extremely desired.
Some character concepts that wound up getting scrapped in favor of a new direction.
A quick monster concept piece I did.
Decided to take a crack at making a bunch of random silhouettes and turning them into quick characters. And here is the results!
Dwarf concepts done in the same manner as above.
This here is my first character model I did over the weekend. Fun stuff!
Great start to your sketchbook and Sorry for not replying to your Tunneller post!
I mentioned TBM's which stands for Tunnel Boring Machines!(Was very busy)
Keep it up!
Will keep my eye on this SB
Done for my work(ish) blog's sketch of the week. This week was to try and design a Skylander. For those who don't know, Spyro: Skylanders is a pretty cool game that combines toys with video games. Cool stuff. I chose the life element and came up with this guy.
I did some quick character designs for our sketch of the week "key thief". I have an idea for a painting already but I wanted to do a few designs and decide on a color scheme for the character.
