The company I was with went down and I'm out of work so time to polish some stuff for the portfolio. Found this old piece I did as part of a development the arch vis firm I was with did and decided I could fix it up.

A lot of work to it yesterday, but mostly in shaders, decided to model the siding instead of using a mat. Today it gets finished, just a couple details to model and some last few mats to tweak.

Updates in color

Tried two lighting scenarios, first the typical sunny day arch vis shot, then what I was really thinking, sort of the September-October hoodie weather kind of gloom. I think I'm going to just start pushing that to the final res and stop fiddling around so much, tweaking every minute thing and never ever finishing. Any critiques as I near the end are appreciated.
