Once again an intriguing subject. I wish I didn't have to rush it at the end, but I wanted to at least finish.
For her skin tones I borrowed a few ideas from poison dart frogs. The anatomy was based more upon salamanders. I had blocked in an area for breasts, but the thought of frog/salamander milk made me feel ill so I converted it to a vocal sac, which seems fitting as she being one who speaks would likely have a larger, more coveted vocal sac.
The humidifier was one of the only things to really carry through from my early concept art, I guess I wanted to have her appear as a walking volcano. Anyway, enough from me.

She doesn't need water to breathe but her skin needs to stay moist. That's what the vapor around her head is.

She who speaks and sings. It was fun pulling together different reptiles, traditional clothing, and textures together. Really pushed me to abide by a deadline. Goof luck everybody. :]

This was a really good challenge, it was nice to design and texture her dress. If there was more time, I would have worked on it more, but I'm content with this
