Okay I know I'm new here and probably have no right to comment, but I have noticed a trend here that seems to be from a misinterpretation of one of the criteria.

"...with pronounced secondary sexual characteristics (The amphibious equal to large hips/breasts in human females.)"

When I read that I saw it as a challenge to invent new secondary sexual characteristics for the humanoid. It doesn't say "give in hips and breasts." It says to give it the amphibious equivalent. Amphibians have no need for breasts, as they don't produce milk. And even if they did, why would it be the two that we humans have, and not a higher number like other species. I read that section as an opportunity to research characteristics of female amphibians, not as an opportunity to "sexify" this powerful old gal.

I read the explanation on the first page that furthers the information on the secondary features. However I don't think that post negates anything I already said. It was said that you shouldn't let the amphibious-ness limit you, but I find that instead almost everyone is letting human-ness limit them. I also feel that the description of her as "thin and willowy" does not coincide with curvy with big boobs. As any good anatomy book would say, your character can't be that thin and that top heavy. She would break in half. And big hips isn't willowy, it's curvy. Those are different body types completely.

So to end my speech: Again I may be completely off-base, but we need to think out of the box. Don't go the way of Avatar and give it tits for the sake of tits. Make it different. Make it alien.

Totally agreed! I'm trying to do my best on it. But, anyways, I think artists can do what they want to do with their own piece
