    Default Suggest a good color theory reference.

    I was curious if anyone has any great references (internet, books, etc) for learning color theory? Any additional tips accepted as well.

    Just see this..
    It contains the "color theory" sub-menu which you might wanna check!

    Also, the best stuff regarding Color theory which i encountered was by "Stephen Quiller"...
    You should check some of his books on Color theory as per your own need (Printing,Digital or traditional)

    There is also a course by FXPHD, in which they teach Color Theory Fundamentals..(Amazing for newb's)

      If you're looking for books you might wanna check out Eva Heller or Johannes Itten.

      Eva Heller did a lot of social science and studied the impression of international people on colors and their combinations, so that she figured out a list for various cases and intends.
      Johannes Itten on the other hand, build a 7 contrast concept of combinations of colors which match good together and get you some ideas how to use them to create certain impressions.
