I finished with the HD modeling in Zbrush a long while ago and didn't have much time to spare on dis char for months, then I finaly get bck to it lil at a time and spent 30 mn to 1 hour each day after work to make some improvements and to get through all of it...So I can't really say bout how long it actually took me.
That said and to give you an answer, for a completion of this kinda game char I generaly spend:
- 5 days for the HD (depending on the details and how many accessories I gotta do...So sometimes it can be less and sometimes it can be more...Also depending on the pipeline and if design is fixed).
- 3/4 days for the low-res retopology (still depending on the details and accessories to build in low res and the type of hairstyle).
- 3 to 4 days for the UV unfolding and the all texturing part (sill depending on the details and number of assets to texture).
- 2 days for the rig & skin and 1 or 2 quick animation tests.
