    Default Quick newb question

    I was fiddling around too much without knowing what I was doing and now there's a second model that won't go away. Anyone know how I can get rid of it?

    Help is very much appreciated.

    edit: Also, after I closed and reopened that thing I was making, I have no idea how to start sculpting it again, I'm just placing circles and squares everywhere. I've been watching tutorials in hopes of finding a solution to these problems. On top of all of this, I just poked myself in the eye on accident.

      It's tough to say what exactly you did as you were "fiddling around". My first guess would be that you hit the "T" key and dropped out of edit mode, but after viewing your image, I see that the "Edit" button is still activated. So I'm not sure what happened?

      In order to sculpt on an object, you have to be in "Edit" mode. If you're not in edit mode you will just continue drawing objects on screen. To get into "Edit" mode, either hit the "T" key or click the "Edit" button.

        I found out somewhere that apparently you're not supposed to save your pieces as projects if you wish to continue working on them, but instead as tools. So that's why that's going on.

        But I'm still unsure as to why that copy wouldn't go away. It didn't move as I did around the canvas, and I couldn't sculpt it... to my knowledge. These aren't that big of problems to me but it would be nice to know so I can avoid them.

        Just Press Ctrl + N and it will clear it
        OR
        In Color Menu->Click Clear

        Both are same...

        Saving as Project helps in keeping the whole work as a project and it's Better for many reasons(stores every information of that document like Size, Image planes, other settings) but increase the file size as well..
        But saving as tools only save that tool and don't save other information..
