Hello folks
I'll post here the progress of a model that I'm making
based on this artwork http://cghub.com/images/view/189052/ from Winb
That's a great ilustration and I really want to make a 3D model of this...

I started the base from Zspheres, than a did a quick retopology on topogun.
After that I did the armor, weapons and others details on softimage.
Next step is start to make the details in the armor.
Here is the first wip shoot...

Here's a little progress
I've been working on the up part of armor, I think that I'm very close from the results that I want

Just need to finish some stuff, then the up part of the armor is done.

hey guys
I'm back with a very small update, I just finished the back part of the armor...
I have not had much time to work on this project, something like two hours or less a day on my free time, but however I gonna try to post a wip shot every day...

I think that I finished the modeling part
I gonna start to work on texture right away
And maybe use a little zbrush to make the fine details and normal map
I'm very happy with the results until now...
here's a simple render that a did for a better visualisation.

Now are three in the morning here, I'm listening pearl jam

I just finish the fine details of the bunny's body.
I used some references of cats without hair to see how the skin looks like, under the hair.(Since is very hard to find references of rabbit without hair)

And I think that's it, I know that maybe I've exaggerated a little bit the wrinkles, but I think that's gonna looks nice under the hair I'm planing to do.
I don't know if the image is too big, but I hope that the browser resize automatically.

Very cool design. I can't wait to see it put together. I am a little unsure about the legs - I understand you had to morph the anatomy, but I don't think he could stand with his lower legs at that angle. It looks a bit like the leg was put on backwards as opposed to being a hock.
