Nice design A78! But shouldn't Santa be more angled as seen a bit more from underneath? Since the vanishing point is below the sled.

My version of Santa's sleigh. A vessel capable of dimension and time travel (that's how he manages to deliver all those toys in one night obviously). The reindeerswork as gate openers. Happy new year!
