Hello

Haven't had much time to make a lot of progress but managed to do a bit today and hopefully have some free time from now untill the deadline.

The rifle is just place holder and will be swapped out but I've got the main base meshes done and have him in a rough pose that I quite like. Still to do is his cape and I now realise I've made an American GI helmet instead of a Russian one so I'll rectify that too.

Just a small update.
Some general tweaks along with detailing the jacket and belt.
Next up will be adding the cloak and helmet lining, detailing the face and swapping out the rifle. Then polish polish polish.

idkfa- sorry for the tardy-ness of this reply but it looks like Intervain beat me to it and thanks for the feedback.

Intervain- Thank you for the deadline clarification and your wish is my command

Still a ways to go and I feel it may be best to stick with what I have here and use the remaining time to clean up any problem areas and present the best I can. The one thing I want to improve more than anything going forward is my time management, it's a real problem area for me and this challenge has made me realise I should look into it.

heh, maybe i was too ambitious for joining so late, but here it is right now. don't know if i'll have anything finished, but i'm excited to see the other finished pieces.
