hey guys. here's my sketch for this challenge.

i wanted to do an alien army, with the drones/soldiers marching and looking ready to bring some serious pain.

for this piece, i was under the influence of giger and tsutomu nihei. hope i can finish this on time...

I found the theme!! It's like the circle of life, when it closes, it reopens again... Soldiers don't born, they are made.

The kid is grabbing his dead mom's AK-47 with tears in his eyes watching the USMC staring at him. Or something like that, hope I'll finish this one!

Reminds me of a scene from black hawk down but is awesome! Hope to see this work finished cause it sounds promising!

Changed composition. NOt going to try to fenagle a kinetic pose considering the time I have left.

Actually, I don't even know if I have time for this comeptition since I hack to do art for Hackathon amongst some other school things.

i noticed no one has tackled a futuristic soldier yet so i'll give it a go. this isn't the final design or anything i just wanted to get the pose down. my soldier guy is basically a futuristic sniper/recon soldier. not sure yet if i'm going to make him full robotic or just a guy with advanced tech. still have to fix some anatomy issues.

Hello evryone! I will be jammin with you guys this round, since it is the release date of MW3, i thought id go with a modern day soldier instead. whipped up a sketch yesterday while waiting for the download.

now that i just got back from work, its time to answer to the call of duty..
