Is it possible to load up a texture file higher than 4 k? i always get a black image when i try .... computer and hardware is not the issue i have plenty of mem and power...

i read about multiple uv sets... but i would be so much easier for me since i have to bring it back in xsi and xsi doesnt handle multiple uv sets , or it will but it s complicated for nothing... it s a plain...


would be muchhhhh easier to just be able to import my file in mudbox and paint on it... and my texturing is already done just wanna touch up not create it in mudbox... any help appreciated... thanks !
