Seeking motivated lighting td for long term projects

We are a cg studio looking to hire a talented artist to do lighting,
camera work and some small 3d tasks for pre-rendered game assets. Requirements are:
1. Should be a lighting TD. This includes implementing lighting and
modifying all aspects of a scene to make the lighting as beautiful as
possible. Editing materials, textures, and even modifying objects if
there's some defect. Anything that would improve the look of a final
render must be done if needed. Conversion of max cam to vray camera will
be required as well as potentially animating or re-animating cameras.
2. Should have a good eye for detail, a good eye for aesthetics. Should be
highly motivated, speak clear English. We need someone who'll stay online
on skype so the art director can keep in touch throughout the day. Should
be flexible enough to work in any timezone
3. Should be an expert in 3ds max and vray (we use 3ds max 2010 and up,
vray 2.0). Regarding vray the artist should know how to set scenes up with
GI and should know how to tweak the settings to get the fastest render
time with the best quality possible. Should have excellent knowledge of
render passes and should have the ability to put together a composition in
after effects with render passes.
4. Artist should have good modeling, UV, and texturing/surfacing in case
the situation comes up where we need a small model for a finished scene.
