Default After Effects: Tutorials, problems, etc

I know personally I'm going to have to use this program a lot this year, so I thought it might be cool to start a thread where people can post problems, ideas, or tutorials to help everyone who uses this program.
Anyone who's ever used AE knows how incredibly frustrating it can be.

Tutorials I've found useful:

This guy Andrew Kramer has made a ton AE tutorials.. all free. And it is stuff that's really cool and you can actually use! so many different projects/effects. This has been my biggest help learning AE...

Oh my God that is an awesome idea for a thread! I am currently learning After Effects and I know that I'll swamp this thread with some questions, soon! XD
