Alright folks here is the new and exciting topic for the challenge !!

~: STRANGE COUPLES :~

The topic itself lets your mind go crazy and start putting together different combinations to see what comes out. When two people have characters which go along together, they become an ideal couple. But here the story is totally upside down. The fun part is when we have the freedom to put really strange people together and see what happens !! So this challenge is all about experimenting and coming up with the strangest/weirdest couple. The couple can be stylized and even cartoony, but NO mindless creatures that roar. We want characters with personality.

RULES AND GUIDELINES:

Layout/Size: Keep all submissions to 1000-1200 pixels in height or width. Dont go too crazy on the number of WIP images - 2 pics say enough, we don't need 10 images with different matcaps each

Post your WIP images in this thread. Do not open a separate thread.

Submissions: Post Final Images in Finals Thread (To be posted later.)

-One Entry Per Person (the character should be new and created for this exercise)

-Beauty render, not just zbrush screen capture please

-Beauty render has to be in CLAY style only, Texturing is not required and shall not be considered for judgment .

-Follow the topic description to the best of your ability.

- Pay attention to anatomy, shape, form, and lighting. USE REFERENCE. Critical thinking is key to great character design.

ahhh,.... it would have been cool to have you in this challenge buddy... but no worries , you can always visit and drop by for others

A little pause on the Iron Fist character from the Jam session and a double doodle to jump in here

.

I will try to add some character to the couple with the help of some object and less "frozen" to expressions... but for now:

Colored and "photoshopped" version

Sculpt only version

And HERE a timelapse of the session on the gentle lady (be warned: no censorship for the nipples on timelapse)
