So, I debated for a while on whether to post this or not, but there seem to be a lot of votes going into this poll from users who have created an account just for this poll, and have never made any other posts, have no personal information, have never looked at or liked anyone else's pictures, and who are all voting identically.

I'm not really worried about 'winning', or the numbers themselves, but it is obviously very odd, and doesn't seem in the spirit of the competition. Basically, it sucks the fun out of doing this.

I thought about saying something about it earlier in the day, but then thought, nah, it's not worth it. But it continues to happen, and seems far too specific to be a coincidence.

cupcakewarrior (1:31 creation time), deadrage (1:31 creation time), khorum ( 1:22 creation time ), playdoh ( 1:26 creation time), sprentiss ( 1:28 creation time ), soulreaver37 ( 1:17 creation time), shrtstuff ( 9:07 creation time ), garyc83 ( 10:07 yesterday creation time), ironbig ( 15:17 creation time )

That's 9 voters ( nearly a third of the voting population) who have all created an account within the last day ( most of them within 20 minutes of one another), and who have zero cghub activity of any kind, with locations like 'cupcakeville florida'. One of them ( shrtstuff) has literally only been on the site for one minute from creation to logoff - just long enough to vote. ironbig has 6 minutes of total site login. It seems sort of hard to ignore.

I don't really want to be accusatory, but would like to point out that this looks sorta bad. The voting should be fun, not a weighted numbers game.

I�ve noticed that. I went to the folios of my voters just to check their style and try to imagine why they like my artwork, this is what I�m seeking with this jams (more network), but in most cases I found and empty place. Kinda boring.

Another strange fact is the users who vote for two artworks in the same pool.

From the rules it looks like you're supposed to be able to vote for more than one entry, ( although it says that voting for everyone is obviously a little pointless, and that voting for yourself is a no-no ), so that doesn't seem like too much of an issue, and seems to work fine over on CA as well.

Every voter you have seems totally legit too - they've all got posts, faves, and a history of some sort on the site. I voted for you!

Oh dang, I was harsh my comment. Instead of "various" I needed to say "some", in this case three folks who have empty galleries. Didn�t noticed their other activities instead of pimp their work.

My fault. Sorry for that guys.

@Tbaldree: Well, so I left the chance to vote in yours aswell. My first vote was to LuizGomezGuzman (because I loved the comic style of his char) but your gator was one of the coolest, for sure (due the quality of the image and the kid illustration feel of it). Need to read the rules better next time. : |
