I'd pick the first one. I would agree that comparing to the first one to the third one, she does look a bit less details, but it's more protential to resolve into more unique character. Btw... the middle one has a really good pose with lots of motion inside.

Wow, I'm really digging the 4th and the 5th ones.... they have some really interesting movement. The 4th one... I am loving the blade thing he has for an arm... this makes me think of the movie "Alien" in a way... I think it might be because of his face and his stance... it's really cool.

The 5th image is really neat because of all the detail he has on his body and I like how it appears to be chasing something... plus the spikes on his spine and coming out of his head are really cool too.

Fallencypt : thank you, they're all just sketches that I will push further when I chose the ones to do so with. At the moment I'm focusing on the concept rather than the amount of detail or render.

Whoa, Bjorn.... #1 dude on page 2 is really really creepy.

That makes me think of something I'd see in the video game "Dead Space." I like how his mouth is sort of being pulled open by the metal muzzle looking thing around his face.

I also really dig #3... the detail in the mechanical legs is really really cool.

Jeezus, how do you come up with so much variety? Its very inspiring. Is all of it imagined in your head first then brought to paper and/or are there things you pull refs/ideas from?
