Hey so the name's Andrei and I'm a 16 year old highschool student working to get better.

So I guess I'll start this off with a few pages from my sketchbook.
The first page is just of some head studies and the the last 2 are Frank Frazetta studies.

Today's update is just a page of subway sketching portraits, master studies from Robert Beverly Hale's awesome books and a really quick oil study of a dagger on my desk.

you've chosen wonderful artists to study and I quite like the subway portraits. i think you'll be progressing fast and my advice is to spend some more time on life study: still lifes , people, etc. Some things are learnt best and fastest from observational life drawing. good luck

Small study that turned out like crap, learned a lot from it though, mainly how bad I am at portraits.
