    Default Bits and pieces

Hi, I will dump some of my sketches and finished work here. All feedback is greatly appreciated. Trying to bounce my stuff of others as I don't do that often enough... Thanks!

        Default Puffed up

I am struggling with this one. At some point I thought I got it and can call it finished but then started noticing things and digging away so I might have lost the hard line - soft line balance. Up for comments, please

          Default Soldier-trooper-whatever

Sketched with a ball-pen on the tube, colours added with textured brochures when I got to work. I want to make it a habbit with these quick morning jobs

This one is a WIP, not something I did this morning. I got to work too late and did not have time to scan...

Thanks, mate. I worked it up a little more in sketchbook with pencil and I am getting a better feeling, from it now.
                Appreciate you dropping by!

                  Default Mecha cop, concept

I drew this last night with the letraset markers (on the left) and coloured in photoshop. I think there's some quality potential to this one. I am thinking of expanding the background and adding some urban slum elements to add a little story to the picture, opinions welcome.

hoo no i loved your previous version , there was just a bit of refining to do on the shoulder part as it was a focus point, and some light enhancement to fit with the light coming on the face ( cf small quick paintover )

Really? Not that I want to attach myself to any work, but what's wrong with this one? . I wanted to go for a little more interest on the face rather than the generic "focused and ill-willed" expression. And thought that adding a few bits and pieces will help that...

Thanks for your feedback, dude - I really appreciate it!

i did prefer the previous i think tehre was more interaction with the spectator , like he is about to tell us some clues about something , or tell a story ,i dunno it wa smore like we/spectator are inside the pic

                      my thoughts ^^

                          Default Tana Umaga - illustration

This is an illustration I did for an online magazine. The article was about New Zealand's rugby team and former captain Tana Umaga
