i'm so glad there's machines on this one lol. It's my most favourite thing to do!

I'm kinda wondering why i'm the only 2D so far lol i hope i didn't miss anything.

Okay just for the record my Character will be Machines, and within it i am picking the War Machine Class.

I imagine him to be absolutely gigantic and as if it was the last defense the one particular fortress had left. And its wiping everything out haha. I'm gonna upload my thumbnails in an hour XD

Now these aren't exactly pick one and that's it. I like to find really good attributes of each thing and see if it fits.

1 i was liking the head and was hoping to fit the belly of the 2 to it.

2 i feel the proportions are too ridiculous and would like to make the top part a bit bigger than wat it is already.

3 i just like the look of it lol

4 i'm not sold in its shape but it looks like such a solid mass that its so heavy. just wanted to add it, it might spark something.

5 i just luv the back legs i'm sure i'll do one with more mor details.

6 just had this idea of the harvest machines in matrix where its like this floating thing lol

I actually have alot more but i felt like i was going crazy lol. i erased so much but i'm really sold on the 2nd one where the belly will have 4 guns and the hands will have a massive energy weapon or something.

i was also thinking of giving it fusion power. but basically its like storing what the fusion reactor had created and basically making a battery and that would be on his back.

I dunno i need to keep trying i think lol

I hope to god i'm allowed to do 3d block tests on my character cause i just wanna try all kinds of stuff to see if it helps advance my idea.

I'm definitely not doing it on 3d it's just easier for me to get the proportions in my head properly if i'm seeing it in 3d. I dunno what do you guys think?

Nice mock up. Personally, If I knew how to draw robots, which I don't, and It was for a war machines, I would want him to be huge, intimidating, and very tough looking. Like, even a gundam wouldnt' be able to take him down. Since hes that last defense. Try playing with some more shapes. Making it different than just a normal mech. And, since it is a machine, play with the balance, if that makes sense.

I just didnt' wanna seem like i wasn't updating lol

This was one idea i thought of because i got bored with the big belly dude. funnie cause i got bored of it the second i uploaded my last pic lol.

I've been really frustrated with the designs i've been coming up with because i want this dude to have alot of weapons because he'll be facing an army. And i need him to look real heavy, so i've been goin through alot of mechanical references and other objects that could inspire me.

I'll upload next my alchemy work because that really got my brain going so yeah.

Looking good. Since it's the last defense, I'd say make sure you can't knock him down. To do that, he has to be very balanced like mentioned. Make sure his legs are tough, solid, and well protected. Just my thoughts.

Oh yeah i totally agree, i've been goin through diff ways i could do it on other sketches. I'll try to do a better one on this one thnx for the comment! ^^
