The pointy hairdue reminds me of your general portrait. Don't know if you were going for that or not. If you wanted to change it up a little, try adding more pointy hair clumps! Maybe a couple more coming out from the sides a bit to complete a more full sillhouette.
I love the pose in the bottom right though. She looks pretty dominant confident like that.

I remember u use the same pointy hair on your general... I wish it could be different thou. It is a bit weird for me. Hmm... I thought she was a Tree Nymph or some sort as the leaves-like-thing on her body implies it. Maybe use more water habitants oranism such as fish scale, fin or some sort; to make it more Sea Witchy? I like the silhouette's dressing. It's protential to be developed more to Sexy + Magical type of visual feeling.

Ah, I really like the armor design. Watch her right arm though (our left), looks a bit too far back to me like it's disconnected.
