I love the sentient mutilated sweet potato and the Cephalophant. The smooth fluid motion of anatomy and the designs are eye candy. I didn't read the guideline rules for CPA but the latest sketch, if I were to critique anything about it. I would say that you should apply some additional interest to the body, to compensate and balance the ornate and intricate antlers. Maybe some mottled patterns, or matted tufts of fur here and there around the front and rear legs, the back etc. Perhaps the rear legs can have a defensive spur extended outward mimicking the design of the antlers. Just some suggestions. You already know I like your work, keep it up.

Hey, Mike! Thanks for the comments and suggestions. I'm planning on turning this drawing into a finished painting, so I'll definitly take some time to devlope the body a bit more. It does seem very plain when compared with the antlers and head. I think this is one of those situations where I've just scrathced the surface of an idea. There is potential for this critter to be even better.
