Take the pose and look at yourself in the mirror, I'm not sure the armpit is supposed to be wider than the boob. And also, it's hard to bring the arms that far back and lower the head. There is something wrong with the placement of the arms/head. I might bring the elbows out more and make the chin overlap the far arm.
Edit, now that I looked back, I think the first one had a better arms vs head balance.

Her face doesn't follow her head direction. It may be the ear, which is in a completely wrong place, and her lips are pretty much facing the picture plane, but they should be rotated outwards and to downwards, so we look at them from top and to the side.
Also her breasts are a little bit to high. And when the torso line overlaps the far boobie like it does here it means her breasts are really wide apart - is this what you're going for here?
