CGHUB.com will be participating in Dominance War again this year!

More information coming soon, use this thread to discuss. This will be our second year in, last year the Hub did amazing thanks to all you guys, and we hope to have even more artists join in the fun this year!

Probably this will sound like the noob'est question eveeeeer, but, what actually is dominance war? because I always thought it was a game :O and I was trying to find characters on the net but no luck :O

Use the Dominance War link in admin's post. See also the entire Dominance War subforum that links down there next to "Taron's Natives of the Lifeless Forest." http://cghub.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=79

In summary: It is a big drawing competition featuring teams from various computer art forums. The forum with the most people ranking high on the winner boards wins out over the other forums. Prizes and notoriety are involved.

No one asked when DWV was, but so that no one is confused:
The first Dominance War mini-competition starts on November 8th and runs until December 6th. Then Dominance War V itself begins on January 5th, 2011 and runs through the end of February. There'll be another mini again some time after that, date TBD but likely late March-ish.

NorthernChild: It's always nice to have some Russian talent around, and your latest pieces are looking real hot. But I understand the temptation, if I only could read and write some Russian I would probably be thinking the same thing. Some mind-blowing stuff came out of those .RU forums.
We know you make the right decision.
