This is my first thread in cghub,
and
this will be the first time I try autodesk mudbox, I ll use it hand to hand with autodesk 3dsmax since it has new topology tools that might come in handy.

The Concept & Story :

My warrior concept is a female member of a humanoid alien species : f type.

They were first discovered on a hot, blue-white planet called Lora. most of the planet is covered with crystal crust, glass like hard flats made of transparent minerals that have water below it.

The f type has 100 times more synapses in their brain than humans , so their head generates some kind of blueish energy wave dancing upwards on their head just like a flame, its core structure and function mysterious to humans.

in the 25th century very few alien humanoid species are discovered by humans. these humanoids are identified as "types". each type gets the first letter of their most obvious visual property in front of it. f type stands for "flaming type".

they are all slim built - long necks, long features and all of them are very fast runners.

their nerve tips and white eyes glow lightly.
f type tech and clothing are also minimalistic and light.

Just done a rough pen sketch
I ll decide on the high tech weapon on her hand as I go along.

been so busy...
just starting to work on this one.

gonna use mudbox human basemesh and klara medkova to get female proportions first.

I am free for 5 days before next gig starts. lets try to complete this.

ok. this is done with the default mudbox human.
general female figure achieved. I ll distort this to get alien humanoid proportions .

then I ll go into 3dsmax to retopo.

then go back to mudbox to enhance & texture.

lets see how fast I am.
