bixby thanx alot for takin the time to offer some advice, I appreciate it
I don't really consider this a failure piece cause I liked the greyscale version I was working in and the values and tones which blacks, greys, and whites is what I prefer to work in I just believe I killed it in the end cause I was rushing once again to finish, that never gets old, and colors has definitely never been my strong point even though I know the whole color harmony thing warms, cools, compliments, mono, tri ect. and I do study others work intensely, but just can't seem to grasp it when it comes to applying it myself over my greyscale work and starting out with just colors is very confusing for me probably cause I'm so used to greys Thanx alot for the PS tips,I've been working in all Photoshop versions for several yrs. and know the tools quite well as well as the transform and flip canvas which I use alot and I did see Dave Rapozas tutorial which was very helpful and I will check out Repins stuff as well Thanx alot friend  on another note is the Finals thread up yet I see nothing
