So I thought this deserved it's own thread at this point so here is how it's coming along so far.

I still haven't resolved whether to give him the iconic umbrella or give him a less of a fantastical weapon in form of a snub revolver in true gangster fashion ..

According to DC comics, Oswald is taught in some significant form of martial arts and can hold his own against batman. In my admission, I am not a comic book follower so I cant vouch for his fighting prowess.

I tried to give him a bit of a heavy physique but without making him feel way too obese while maintaining his somewhat short stature.

The web is full of references and all of them are slightly different so consider it just my interpretation inspired by the darker comic book penguin with a pinch of Danny DeVito
