Here is my wip for Bust a Move.

Im going to make a bust of Brandon Lee's character The Crow.
without the coat

was thinking like this :

maybe in the pose that The crow is most known from this one. Except with with some more clothes on. :P

And here is the final image

I did some changes on the height of the forehead.
I also made a timelapse video that is on youtube togheter with a turntable.

here is an update..

Ive timelapsed everything, I can put it out on youtube when I'm done.

What I first did was to start sculpting on the basemesh I made out of zsperes.. then I did a retopo and continued to sculpt..

this is how far Ive come.. the hardest thing was to get the shape of the face correct, I cant really tell if it looks like brandon lee without the hair.. It is also very hard to find a good reference without the makeup..

but I think it will be easier when the hair comes in.. its going to be really hard to make the hair, it always looks like its wet, and its a bunch of single straws.

wish me luck :P

be kind in your critiques please, this is still early in the process and I'm sure there is plenty of thing to complain about.

I will keep it up.

personaly I thought it was to early to tell his age without smoothing out things and hair. I use claytubes to try locating the volume I want, It might leave some unwanted wrinkels :P

I have retopoed the gloves, the pants and the shirt now.. added a ring.. and fixed a little on the hopeless hair

its coming along.. hehe

I wanted to do the guitar.. but several people have suggested that I dont.. I dont know why, but it seems that the guitar is a turnoff for them.. :P Ill think about it..

here is the latest progress.. Ive added a gravestone, some dirt and the bust in the bottom.. Ive fixed more on the face, used some polypaint and fixed up in small issues...

yea yea..i know...i think the picture with the guitar is so popular that�s in everybodys mind ...so that�s maybe why i think (togehter with the pose) the guitar is missing...

but do your way its looking good...
