He means he's angry, but not quite so angry yet that he's mentally unbalanced.
I can only suggest some sort of anger management course, lest you end up strangling some waiter to death because he served you diet coke instead of regular.

I unloaded my G5 dual-whatever tower (yay craigslist!) when I realized the macbook pro was just as powerful. I run a Cintiq 21UX monitor on a dual core 2.33ghz 15" pro laptop, 2 gigs ram (more than enough to run iTunes, Photoshop & Painter at the same time so I'm happy)

Asus Eee PC, of the 8" variety. It's super cute! But the lack of storage space on the C drive means I am constantly having little free space battles. You really can't use this thing without a USB hard drive, lol.

2GB of RAM, I use a Wacom Intuos 3, and it handles Photoshop and large file sizes way better than my old computer tower did. I think it's adorable. <3

How can you draw on an 8" screen?

Built it last summer, as my old computer couldn't paint a picture above maybe 500x500 at anything more than 72 dpi without my brush just chugging along the screen. God, was it good to get away from that.

i just built a new workhorse custom pc because i hate the lag painting w/ my laptop.

                        cpu- amd phenom 2.3ghz quadcore
                        ram- 8gb ddr2 800mhz
                        motherboard- biostar TA785ge
                        os- win xp-64 bit
                        video card- geforce 8600gt 512mb
displays- cintiq 20wsx and samsung 24 inch 1920x1080
tools: zbrush, ps cs4, painter 11

verdict: i love it. cpu doesnt get hotter than 30 C. no lag whatsoever painting on 13x19 document 300dpi. cintiq reacts like pencil to paper- none of the stroke, wait and watch for paint to show up anymore.

i have some extra pc parts so ill probably build a back up pc for fun.

Oh this thread. My computer is a custom built one, turned 4 years old in April. I call it Morpheus.

                          Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 3200+ Venice, ~2.0GHz
                          Memory: 2048MB RAM
                          Hard Drive: 570 GB Total
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 6600 GT
Monitor: Samsung SyncMaster 753s 17" (two of them! RADIATION YAYYYY)
Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
                          Computer Case: Eurocase

I wish I had a better video card (can't play new-ish games) but overall, it's a good machine. I'll come back to brag when I get a new one
