Good start, one thing I might think about is the creanial structure. The top of the head seems small. I know Navi are not humans, but right now, that's one thing that jumped out at me. Keep pushing!

In some of the earlier posts, her smile is really creepy, hah. However, it's only creepy because it's realistic. I think the likeness is coming along nicely. I think the lips are looking pretty freakin' close to the reference. The nose looks a little wide, I think.
