I used it in Uni, since my uni failed at getting Max or anything else they seemed to use in industry. I liked it for the most part.

Uni machinest kept making it crash though which was annoying.

Hum, in fact, even being two, it always feels a bit lonely.

                  Hey Lewis,

I remember you back in the LWG3D forum days.

                  Always admire your skills.

Two reasons why I use LW:

1). Lightwave is the only good 3D program I could afford.

2). Been using it since High School.

Default I'm a big fan of Lightwave!

I've been using it since the Amiga days. Video Toaster 4000. I was a user since 1993. Used Modeler on Amiga since version 1, and that was around 1989.
                          I'm using version 10 now.

Lightwave user here... it was installed on a Mac in a studio I used 7/8 years ago.

Never had the need for anything else, it does (nearly) everything I need!

Hi Lewis and everyone. I didn't even realize this site had application specific forums. I guess I didn't scroll down far enough. I've been using LightWave since I was taught it in school in 2002 and plan to continue using it for a long time.
