Hi here are few ideas in my mind listed below:

Zombies Characters:
There are a lot of characters in real life that everyone loves to create like Joker, Jack Sparrow, Bane from the raise of dark knight, superman, hulk, batman. Think what would happen when they all are dead and got infected by T virus that turns them into zombies. Imagine how superman would look with dead decaying face and falling flash?

HUMANIZING ANIMALS personify an animals character w/o caricature
ROLE REVERSAL ANIMAL/HUMAN SCENARIO

combine all three animal based ideas and BOOM.
