Here is a double wammy then.
An environment / vehicle. Massive trading cities that move between great capitals. These behemoths are made of wood and rope with a mix of steampunk and desilpunk. You decide.
The landscapes they travel over is arid and dry desert. These trading vessels are also homes and daily life also has to take place. So lets share some ideas some thumbnails.
And get designing!

This here was an idea from our life drawing class in London. If you want to join us please do any advice is welcome.

I think we should try and limit this and future ideas to one perhaps two weeks max. Also lets share all progress on the way.

Starting with the thumbnails I tried a variety of different shapes some seen here. I was more pleased with my pen and paper thumbs which is where this idea comes from.
At the moment I'm not to fond of the tracks seems far to jawaish and overdone but at the same time it seems most likely if it were to travel on land and not sea. But ill play with this a lot more. Which will probably mean a full redesign. Does any one have any suggestions or ideas they would like to see me put into this.
