Hey guys!~
Might take a shot at this one myself. Not sure what direction I want to go with this one, so hopefully I can get some opinions going. (The purple blobs are where eyes will be).
I guess I'll sum them up quickly, rather my thoughts on them:
A - A giant ant-eater type creature. IT's snout has an eye at the end which it would use w hen digging and sticking it's mouth in to feed on insects. It would be highly sensitive to dark places. Meanwhile it's other two eyes on the sides of it's heads would be used to look out for carnivorous hunters.
B - A sleek, quick creature that has an eye at the top of it's head. It would be a defensive adaptation as well; it's top predators comes from the trees.
C - An egg thief. A small sleek predator. It's third eye has evolved to detect heat. It uses these to find nests and to choose eggs to steal.
D - Another defensive evolution. This creature climbs trees and uses the eye on the back of it's head to keep a look out for predators. It uses it's beaks and claws to tear up tree bark.
E - A weird.. thing. It has an eye on it's snout much like A.
F- Another egg-thief design. Similar to c but.. sleeker and faster.
