Hey all, I am so sorry for the long absence, client work has been my priority for the past few weeks which I am extremely thankful to get. Despite all that, I have some things to share with you all from the past month.

First is a rendering of my Carowyrm that I was messing with. It was a experiment with photos where I painted over, combined, manipulated, etc. to come up with what I wanted. Seems like I am better off with just flat out painting it, I wasted a bit of time fiddling with the photos. Oh well, you live and you learn.



Also, this is from yesterday. It started out as a sketch ( of course) and spawned into the color mass you see below. It sure was fun.

Just one thing though...Great sculpt but Don't use Red Wax Mat Cap for visualization process...Use Basic Materials instead!

@ Garret_AJ - Hey Garret! Yeah I did, and I also use Sculptris too which is a great way to start and learn the basics of Zbrush. I would recommend it especially since it is free.

Anyways, I have this weeks update for you all! I have had the pleasure on working on a species named the Tarka from Kerberos Productions. Here are a few images that I can share.

Hey everyone, I really need to post more. Since it is the new year I am really going to try to make that one of my New Years resolution. Starting today I am going to make that happen.

Hey everyone!

This is my first post of 2013, how thrilling!

(not really, but lets get started!)

First, something from back in the past!



And now back to the present! This is my first painting for 2013. Although it is still technically the year of the dragon for China, thus my reason for creating this. His name is Lung, and he likes to eat skittles, dark chocolate, and people. Oh joy!

I did this primarily for a reference because, once again, I am undertaking another poseable doll for him. So far things are staying pretty much the same, but some minor things are changing (scale, small details, etc.). Once I finish up the sculpture I'll change the sheet in order to create some consistency, or I can just leave it to just see my progress, or I can just create a whole new detailed one! Who knows!
