Ok, I'm not a big make scary things kinda person so it took awhile to figure out what was scary to me. The scariest things i could imagine were taking acts of kindness and twisting them upside down.
So for this I took a mother hugging/ comforting her daughter...as the model turns we see that the mother has actually peeled off the back off the girl to expose a demon escaping from the child...this is down right disturbing to me so I figured i was on the right track.

ha ha yes this is hell creepy. Great initial sketch.

Good idea man, a great chance for varying forms and such, looking forward to model.

Hi guys, thanks for all the positive feedback on the idea/ sketch. Work has been kind of busy this past week so I have had zero time to work on this, crossing my fingers I'll have the proxy this evening.

Ok, it's not much but here's the start of the little girl. (proxy built out in max, then taken in to zbrush for adjustments, then back to max)

Cool, don't mind me noticing she looks a bit developed for a little girl, children tend to have a rather large head, but perhaps you want it for her to be a bit older, I dunno

She looks about 13 here. Anyways, keep up the good work!

Finally got all the parts roughed out, i'm thinking i will do the "demons" with zpheres
