Hey guys! In this Challenge I am gonna pull all I can out of this little computer. If I Do well, I'll be promising it another 2 gigs of ram for christmas. Yay! It's like the little toaster that couldn't.

I probably wont show my sketches/plans cuz they are in a sketchbook. I'm working on an asari and krogan duo. Krogan will have a more darkspawnesque armor style. Here is what I'm kinda thinking for my asari's armor pattern. Very far from done, but I welcome thoughts. I am thinking of a half skirt of chain mail to cover one of her legs and would REALLY LOVE advice on how to build it to look tattered and see through. I know that if I bugger around with the rake tool and dynamesh I can acheive rags but I stress... Chain mail, how is it made?

Hello,

I just discovered this contest today. I am already working on some science fiction characters (inspired by mass effect) for a modelling demo reel and possible a short film. I'm still in the concept art phase but when I start modelling would I be aloud to submit one of my characters in this contest?

I don't know how much you have completed but if you are still in your concepting stage than it looks fine to me but if you have completed your model than I doubt it

Also, if you have submitted your concepts for something like a short movie in production than I don't think it's will be allowed..
So start afresh if that is the case.

@KapilChauhan...It looks fine..Just a suggestion - Use Back face masking in thin areas( specially the inside of the thigh)

If I were to join the contest, would it be permitted to post work on the character on my blog as well as here on this thread as I would like to develop this character for my university project as well in parallel. (school brief - masters project)

Also by joining this contest are we giving any rights away for the pieces/designs we create?

Yeah...I don't find any harm in that but don't post your WIP's in your Blog First.And also keep the number of WIP's in balance(Equal in Both)

Hi there folks!
I was about to upload some new wipshots for my challenge thread and i�ve noticed 2 of the latest pages are missing.
The thread was at the 6th page,but it�s 4th. every comment or wip images after that are missing. Is there someone else experiencing this issue?
