      Awesome progress you've made there and your pencil skills are over the top!
      I've a bit of advice for your colored digital work - I think you should avoid using such pure white for your highlights; it works better with more color and less saturation (but still bright) Good luck

      and to Cj_marsh, you've probably heard, but 500px.com recently introduced a Creative Commons section where you can find some nice photos for reference

        Aaaaah stress, just some studies for now!

        @Cj_Marsh: For the pictures, I gathered them through tumblr/facebook surfing and plain ol' google. The mma stuff, I get them at mmaphotography.com (awesome place to study anatomy O: ).

        @amemoryinblue: Thanks for the crit! Should do some better practice to scale back on the value/saturation. And thanks for the heads up for that site!

          Some of your digital work looks really real, they're like as if they were taken by camera. Your sketches are cool too. Have you tried using reference lately? I used references for my figure drawings, but my weakness is line work. Maybe it's because of the lack of confidence. How do you work up the confidence in line work?
