    Default Alice in Wonderland, the Mad Hatter

    My name is David, I'm 18 years old and this is my first finished illustration.It took around 15h maybe a bit more, 90% done in corel painter and the rest in photoshop for color editing and contrast(also did the hat in photoshop which was a pain to do)

    A concept of the very famous Mad Hatter from Lewis Carol's Alice in Wonderland. Here is my vision of the character, It started as a character research and ended up being more of illustration. I had to take away elements in the original concept to make it work as an illustration.

              really cool hat. love the hat. and you got some crazy deatil in the eyes and surrounding areas. good work mate.
