oh yea i've seen this before. totally amazing artist. the only real way to get this good is to basically be drawing all day, everyday, and everything you see around you. i'm sure you've seen the sketchbook books he has. most of the pages i've seen are almost completely filled with drawings. plus the books are super thick so he has a ridiculous amount of drawings. also he's drawing with a marker pen, so there is practically no room for error. being able to draw accurately with that screams confidence. confidence you can only get through loads of practice.

          Default seeing before drawing

this excellent artist has the ablity to visualise

the drawing before making his marks..

this ability is enhanced by drawing everyday..

with mental pictures in your head before draw it

is possible to create a large picture by physically

enlarging it..it is a creative gift

i have known a few people in my profession (illustrator)

who could do this without references.. straight onto

board..a number of them were comic strip artists

drawing and inking up to six pages a week..

the fact that they drew so much for years

gave them the facility to dispense with

          pencil roughs...a rigid editors nightmare

He is an older guy with no doubt, decades of hard work put in. I follow his FB page and he generate a huge amount of art every single day. I think its pretty evident how he got so skilled....thats more likely then Autism I think.
